Eritek offers free Email support for Comm related issues to
licensed users. We make every attempt to respond to most inquiries
within 24 hours.

Generic VisSim Technical Issues
Please direct all generic inquiries regarding the VisSim simulation
environment to Visual Solutions at tech@vissol.com.
Licensing Related Support
Please direct all licensing related inquiries, including initial
activation and license re-activations, to Visual Solutions
at tech@vissol.com.
Telephone Support
Telephone support is available between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm
EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and is provided
by our partner Visual Solutions. Please call (978) 392-0100
ext. 4.
Telephone support is free during the first forty-five (45)
days from the date of purchase.
After this initial 45 day period, we offer both Per Incident
support and an Annual Maintenance program.
Per Incident Support
You will be billed $39.50 per incident on your VISA, MasterCard,
Discover card, or American Express when you call Technical
Support at 1 (978) 392-0100 ext. 4.
To obtain a technical support voucher, contact the VSI Sales
Department at 1-978-392-0100 ext 3.
Annual Maintenance Program
For about 20% the cost of the original purchase price of your
supported products, you will be entitled to unlimited telephone,
fax, and Email support for one year. You will also receive
any version upgrades that occur during your maintenance period.
